Senior Vice President, Orthodontic Aligner Solutions & Customer Experience, and Head of Sustainability
Erania Brackett is currently Senior Vice President, Orthodontic Aligner Solutions & Customer Experience, and Head of Sustainability for Dentsply Sirona. Ms. Brackett has served in that position since April 2023.
In this role, Erania is responsible for leading Dentsply Sirona's efforts to enhance the customer experience across multiple areas, including brand management, pricing, clinical education, digital marketing, and key opinion leader governance and programs. Additionally, Erania is responsible for the rapidly growing orthodontic aligner solutions business, including the DTC-focused Byte brand and the B2B-focused SureSmile brand.
Prior to that time, Ms. Brackett served as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Dentsply Sirona from August 2021 to March 2023.
Prior to Dentsply Sirona, she worked at Medtronic plc, a medical technology company, as Vice President, Global Commercial Marketing, Patient Management, Cardiac Rhythm & Heart Failure division, from September 2020 to August 2021; as Senior Director, Patient Management Global Commercial Marketing, from May 2019 to September 2020; and as Senior Director, Global Hardware and Software Operations, from December 2017 to May 2019.
Before joining Medtronic, she worked at GE Healthcare, a medical technology subsidiary of General Electric, for 15 years and held various commercial and operational leadership roles.
Ms. Brackett holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Tuskegee University and is pursuing an Executive MBA at Emory University’s Goizueta School of Business.
Before joining Dentsply Sirona in August 2021, Ms. Brackett served as Vice President, Commercial Marketing, Patient Management, Cardiac Rhythm and Heart Failure at Medtronic, where she was leading a team of marketers and product managers and was orchestrating the overall global downstream product commercialization and patient management portfolio.
Prior to this role she served as Senior Director, Patient Management Global Commercial Marketing, and as Senior Director, Global Hardware and Software Operations. Before joining Medtronic, she worked at GE Healthcare for 15 years and held commercial and operational leadership roles in California, Georgia and Colorado. Prior to GE Healthcare, she worked for Procter and Gamble, in Kansas City, KS and held several engineering, operations management, and continuous improvement positions.
Ms. Brackett holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Tuskegee University and is pursuing an Executive MBA at Emory University’s Goizueta School of Business.
