Versatility in laser dentistry

The compact SiroLaser Blue is the first dental diode laser to have a blue, an infrared, and a red diode. This enables it to cover multiple indications providing versatile possibilities for application in your practice routine.

Dental diode lasers deliver clear benefits over conventional methods of treatment with mostly scar-free wound healing and improved germ reduction. For patients, the use of lasers means less post-operative pain and therefore less need for medication. Not only that, but your practice benefits too, because satisfied patients are the best way to ensure success

SiroLaser Blue - the next step in laser dentistry

Blue wavelength - 445 nm

The first FDA-cleared Blue Laser for dental use. Blue laser light has a much higher absorption in soft tissue (i.e. hemoglobin and melanin) than conventional infrared diode laser wavelengths (810 nm, 940 nm, 970 nm). This leads to a much improved soft-tissue cutting efficiency which allows non-contact cutting, a first in dentistry for diode lasers. No fiber initiation is required and non-contact cutting means there is no need to remove hemoglobin, the hemostatic effect is outstanding, helping during all surgical treatments, as well as within CAD/CAM workflow.

Infrared wavelength - 970 nm

Infrared laser light is used in management of periodontal disease as an adjunct to scaling and root planning (SRP).

In addition, infrared laser light can be applied to the perio pockets within the hygiene workflow.

Laser assisted periodontal therapy (LAPT) leads to an improved periodontal status without surgical intervention and minimal discomfort.

Red wavelength - 660 nm

Red laser light is used for photobiomodulation, also known as low level laser therapy.

Photobiomodulation works through the application of photon energy of light to the tissue. It passes through the skin barrier and is absorbed by the cells where it initiates physiological reactions within the mitochondria.

Photobiomodulation can be used throughout the dental practice, supporting indications in both surgical and therapeutic procedures.

Product characteristics and benefits

Sterile disposble fibers (Easy Tips)

Before every treatment simply stick one of the practical EasyTips on the handpiece of the SiroLaser Blue – and you can then start the treatment directly. All of this without time-consuming assembly steps, without wrapping and without sterilization. All fibers are made in Germany.

Six favorites can be selected

There are some treatment types that you perform more frequently than others. To avoid the need to scroll through all of the programs, you can conveniently configure your individual home screen.

For soft laser applications and bleaching/ whitening.

Intuitive user interface

The user interface is designed so intuitively that you will immediately find what you are looking for.

Technical safety checks*

A technical safety check is required by law. For the SiroLaser Blue, it is required only every two years – for other providers, generally once a year.

Application Memory

The last 50 applications of each user are saved by the device and can conveniently be retrieved from the USB port.

Full mobility and flexibility. The battery charges while you are working.

Individual user user profiles

You may have several people in your practice who use the SiroLaser Blue for treatment. No problem, since up to 6 password-protected user profiles can be adapted individually to suit your needs.

Delegatability*

You can delegate applications in soft laser therapy to your practice assistant.
