Digitise your existing restorative workflows while keeping your established relationships with your trusted lab partners or expand to new treatment offerings. Scanning

Start every patient consultation with a scan

Take a quick and accurate full-arch scan with Primescan.

With Primescan 2 the intraoral scan is captured in DS Core 2 – freeing up your scanner immediately for the next patient.

With Primescan Connect® and Primescan® AC, the model data is automatically uploaded in DS Core and added to your patient records.

Data transmission

Order restorations from your lab or designs via DS Core.

Keep track of your orders, give guidance to your lab via chat, approve designs or add files if needed. Your lab can easily open files with DS Core and work with the design software of their choice.
Data reception by the lab of your choice

Your lab partner can access the scan data and the whole order through DS Core3.

DS Core can be easily integrated into the existing lab set-up and is open to other lab software including inLab, exocad®, and 3Shape Dental System.

 

3) DS Core Access subscription: Provides free of charge access to order-related data only. File storage is not included, and the lab can access files solely within received orders.
Treating the patient

With Primescan you can serve a broad variety of restorative indications to provide your patients with excellent treatment. From indirect restorations like crowns, inlays and bridges, to implant restorations like abutments, screw-retained and cemented crowns, diversify your practice offerings across various restorations. 5) Primescan 2 requires an active, paid subscription to DS Core
Design

With the intuitive CEREC® Software, you can quickly design custom restorations thanks to accurate initial proposals and a user-friendly interface.

Manage and transfer intraoral scans and design files between DS Core, CEREC or inLab Software, utilising either your Primescan AC or design station.​6

 

6) Requires a paid DS Core subscription
Manufacture

Seamlessly transmit the design to CEREC® Primemill via the CEREC® Software or DS Core.7 The grinding or milling process is extremely precise and creates smooth surfaces and margins, as well as ultrafine structures. After milling restorations can be finalised with CEREC SpeedFire®.

Efficiently organise and manage your practice workflows with DS Core and access files from any device with a browser. Experience the advantages of simplified equipment and manufacturing management.

 

7) Manufacturing on DS Core is only available with a DS Core Standard subscription or higher.
