Return Policy
India Direct Business Commercial Return Policy
We gladly accept products for return that meet the requirements below. To initiate a return, you must contact Customer Service for a return goods authorization number.
- Returns must be initiated within 90 days of purchase (invoice date).
- Items must be in their original undamaged, unmarked and unopened packaging with factory seals intact.
- Customized products, hazmat, equipment, discontinued, and other certain products are not eligible for return. Please contact us for further details.
- All return shipping charges will be paid by Dentsply Sirona. After a Returns Good Form is approved, Dentsply Sirona will provide a shipping label to use. Method of shipping will be ground. The customer is to return the products on freight prepaid basis, duly covering transit insurance.
- Purchase price will be used for valuation of return amount.
- The returned product’s expiry should not be less than 12 months. A waiver can be considered only if the product was originally sold with less than 12 months expiry.
- Stock return will not be permitted for any product falling under the discontinued product category.
