Dentsply Sirona launched the VDW.ROTATE® file system for rotary root canal preparation in India. This provides dentists with a range of rotary NiTi files for simple and efficient root canal preparation. With its wide range of endodontic instruments, VDW.ROTATE® offers an affordable system without compromising on quality.
Charlotte. Every tooth counts. Endodontic treatment is therefore an important service offered in dental practices. For decades, Dentsply Sirona has been a trusted partner for dentists with its VDW brand of instruments for successful endodontics. Based on the extensive experience with rotary file systems, the file design and material technology have been combined to create root canal files that are highly efficient in their handling. The result is VDW.ROTATE®, an instrument series that can be used in a variety of clinical cases.
A finely tuned file system for various clinical cases
The range, with an intuitive 3-file basic sequence of a glide path file and two shaping files, as well as a selection of larger files for further preparation, enables the treatment of different canal anatomies. The VDW.ROTATE® files have undergone file-specific heat treatment that increases the flexibility of the instruments without compromising their cutting capability. This flexibility and performance, as well as the adapted S-profile of VDW.ROTATE®, support efficient removal of debris.
Beyond that, dentists have the option of adapting their treatment to the specific clinical case: they can always choose between a taper of .06 or .04 and the various ISO sizes. Each file's flexibility allows it to follow the natural canal path. The material, design and heat treatment combine to increase the file's resistance to cyclic fatigue and reduce the risk of instrument fracture.* VDW.ROTATE® provides a good tactile connection and can be used in both brushing and pecking file movements.
