The CEREC Omnicam allows you to take a coating-free scan of the natural tooth substance and gingiva. This saves you an extra work step, reduces the learning curve and makes impression-taking more pleasant and time-saving than ever before.

CEREC Omnicam sits perfectly into the user’s hand. Thanks to the slimline design and the compact camera tip, scanning the posterior teeth presents no problems. Regardless of whether the patient is sitting upright or reclining, you can scan the upper and lower jaws ergonomically without having to adjust your natural working posture.

 

Digital impressions as a continuous video process

Taking a digital impression with the CEREC Omnicam is a continuous video process. Simply take the camera out of the holder and guide the CEREC Omnicam closely along the teeth. Time-consuming preparations for a precise intraoral impression are not necessary.

Precise 3D images in natural color

The precise 3D model allows you to clearly differentiate between the preparation margin and the gingiva. This enables the exact definition of the preparation margin during the subsequent designing process in the CEREC software.

Shade Detection

The new feature Shade Detection makes it possible to analyze the shade of each tooth based on your scan with the CEREC Omnicam. This gives you an objective support and more safety in selecting the right restoration shade. 

Fast and precise full-arch scans

The feature "Guided scanning" helps you to create a digital impression of the entire jaw quickly and precisely with the CEREC Omnicam. The software is designed so that it is easy to learn: The feedback function and detailed instructions let you know what you need to do at all times. This simple handling means that impressions can be easily delegated to your assistant. Digital data allows rapid export to external service providers for aligners or complex laboratory indications.

CEREC AF (Acquisition Flex) –
The flexible tabletop unit

CEREC AF comprises the individual components of CEREC Omnicam including camera tray and PC monitor. The camera can be easily taken from one treatment room to another – a big advantage for joint practices and practices with several locations. Scanning and designing can be done separately. For example, you can make the design in the first treatment room and your assistant or colleague can start a new scan in the next one.

CEREC AI (Aquisition Integration) –
The integrated, economic version

For many CEREC users, CEREC treatment is a fixed part of the daily workflow. With the CEREC AI, Dentsply Sirona now offers a suitable solution: It consists of a CEREC Omnicam with a tray that is integrated into the TENEO treatment center by means of a separate support arm and PC with screen. The CEREC Omnicam is thus easily accessible even in the 12 o’clock position. Both you and your patient can see everything directly on the treatment center screen or the tablet provided.


CEREC AI for Rear - Attached to the rear cabinetry at the 12 o'clock position

CEREC AI for Rear is a CEREC AI Variant for Intego with the camera on its cradle attached to the movable solution's table at the 12 o'clock position. The cradle is attached to a holder that is linked to the table, thus saves floor space. It is right next to the other instruments that dentist and assistant use.

The final restoration in just a few steps

Step 1: Scan
Spare your patients the discomfort of a conventional impression tray. Use the CEREC Primescan or CEREC Omnicam for precise 3D images in natural color.
Step 2: Design
After analyzing the complete scan, the CEREC software generates outstanding restoration proposals. This takes you to the production stage faster. You benefit from the simple and visually appealing user interface.
Step 3: Produce
The CEREC grinding and milling unit and CEREC software are optimally matched. Milling/grinding the (solid zirconia) restoration design is extremely precise, giving the restorations smooth surfaces and edges and very fine fissures.
Step 4: Sinter and glaze
Full-contour zirconia restorations are sintered and glazed chairside in the compact CEREC SpeedFire. The induction technology allows unparalleled short sintering and firing times.

CEREC Ortho

The CEREC Ortho Software helps you to complete the impression quickly and precisely. The software is designed to be easy to learn – symbols and tones guide you through the scanning process so you always know what needs to be done. This means that the process can also be delegated to your assistant – with the same reproducible good results.

Dentsply Sirona Hub

If you plan to run more than one acquisition unit Hub is ideal for you: Hub keeps data available across all devices so there is no need to recreate patient data or transfer cases from one device to another. And it gets even better: Once the scan is done, your in-office dental technician can pick a case from the action items list to design, and save the restoration. The case then returns to the practice-wide list as a production job.
