This installation medium contains the Sidexis 4 Viewer (digital X-ray software) in English and in other language versions as required. The relevant version number is displayed during setup.

The latest print number of the user manual: 67 74 587

The original language of the software is English.

Limitations

The following limitations were made regarding the full version of Sidexis 4:

• no full database support
• no Sidexis XG database migration support
• no server/client system support
• no acquisition support
• no export functionality support
• no SLIDA support

Requirements for the installation/operation of a Sidexis 4 Viewer

• System Requirements (INRQ) - REF: 67 73 779 (DE-EN-FR-ES-IT)

Installation

The installation medium usually starts automatically after it is inserted in the drive. If this is not the case, start the setup routine manually by executing the StartSidexisViewer.exe file in the root directory of the installation medium.

Notes:

• A parallel installation of Sidexis 4 Viewer and Sidexis 4 full version is not possible. The DICOM data can be directly imported to Sidexis 4.
• A parallel installation of Sidexis 4 Viewer and Sidexis XG is not recommended. The DICOM data can be directly imported to Sidexis XG.
