Return Policy
We appreciate that you may, in some instances, need to return products.
To ensure that we track any returned goods and appropriately credit your account, please contact Customer Support on AUS: 1300 55 29 29 or NZ: 0800 33 68 77 to obtain a Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) Number, before returning goods to Dentsply Sirona. Goods returned to Dentsply Sirona without an RMA number being assigned cannot be accepted.
Product Returns
Returns for credit will be accepted only if requested within five (5) business days of invoice date and all goods have been received in our warehouse five (5) business days after notification.
Returns only apply to the following item categories:
- Consumable goods (excluding anaesthetics & spare parts)
- Implants
All items must be in their original packaging, undamaged, unmarked and unopened
Product Exchanges (Implants only)
Implants can be exchanged (same or greater value) within twelve (12) months of invoice date but must have a minimum six (6) months shelf life.
