Frequently asked questions about ONE DS

  • US customers can become a member by creating a dentsplysirona.com account and opting into loyalty.
  • Canada customers can become a member by signing the terms & conditions with their DS Sales Representative and creating a dentsplysirona.com account and opting into loyalty.

All general practices and specialists can become a member. School/Government and DSOs are not eligible.

There are 3 tier levels. All customers will be tiered based on their prior 12 month total Dentsply Sirona sales.

Example if a customer spent $11,000 prior to registering an account they would be tiered as a Gold Member.

  • You will earn DS Points each time you purchase Dentsply Sirona products. This can be a direct purchase, online purchase, through our authorized distributors; all purchases count*
  • You will earn DS Points based on the tier you are in. Example; if you are a Gold member you will earn 3 DS Points for every $1.00 you spend on Dentsply Sirona products.

You can use DS Points to redeem any product on dentpslysirona.com; your DS Points must be able to cover the complete transaction.

  • We will be launching a new dashboard so you will be able to see your DS Points and which DS Points are set to expire.
  • General rule is that once this dashboard is launched (Mid-2024) your DS Points will expire 1 year after this date.
  • After the dashboard is launched your DS Points will expire 1 year after the date they were earned. Example if you earn 50,000 DS Points in July 2024 they will expire July 2025.

We will be launching a new dashboard so that you will be able to see your DS Points once you log into your account. Until then you will receive monthly emails with you status.

You begin earning DS Points once you have created your dentsplysirona.com account, signed the terms & conditions (Canada members) and opted into loyalty. Based on the month you register you begin earning that month. No prior months/transaction will be counted.

You will continue to accrue DS Points based on your Dentsply Sirona purchases. If you do not have enough DS Points to redeem you can purchase the product through your normal selling process.

YES – you will earn DS Points for any Dentsply Sirona product regardless of how you buy. Example you can purchase through our authorized distributors and earn DS Points.
