The course is designed to give each participant the ability to deal with patients with confidence when discussing their smile and provides assurance to utilise digital technology to facilitate the conversation. This will in turn benefit the patient, Dentist and team by facilitating a smooth patient centred experience.

Aims & Objectives

Understand patient behaviour types and respond accordingly
Understand and be able to ask questions to uncover what is important to the patient and their oral health
Understand how to utilise images and digital scans of a patient’s smile as the foundation of treatment conversion and communication surrounding the patients’ areas of concern
Understand how to use communication skills to provide a professional and caring service
Be aware of how to enhance team working with strong and effective communication skills

This live course, webinar or on-demand course content is intended for dental professionals or students with a basic understanding of dental terminology, practice, and proficiency.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Refund/Cancellation Policy: Where stated in the course details or event booking pages, Cancellation by the participant within 7 days of the program will result in a fee of 50% of the tuition cost being charged. Non attendees will be charged the full tuition price. If Dentsply Sirona cancels the program, the participant will be reimbursed the full tuition amount. Please note, no Cancellation Policy applies for free or non-chargeable courses and programs.
