Start a return and check eligibility in just a few steps.
How to return an order
1. Contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
There are three options to acquire a RMA:
- Contact Customer Support Hotline
- Use our contact form
- Download and complete the return form. Email the appropriate department. Customer Service will contact you with the RMA and a shipping label.

- Implants:
Only pre-authorised returns with a RMA will be accepted. Dentsply Sirona will provide a shipment label (ground). For successful crediting, the returned items must match the exact lot numbers and products approved in your RMA.
2. Please make sure the items you want to return fulfil the following criteria
- The return is initiated within 90 days of purchase (invoice date).
- Items were purchased directly from Dentsply Sirona.
- Items are unopened, undamaged, unmarked, with factory seals intact.
! Customised products, hazmat, discontinued items, and products purchased using DS Loyalty points are not eligible!

When shipping the return
- Only return the exact items authorised on your RMA.
- Use the shipping label provided by Dentsply Sirona.
- Pack items securely in an appropriate shipping carton.
- Do not hand returns to local sales representatives.
