Direct Product Order Service Levels – delivery and charges

Please note that we may need to divide your order into two or more shipments. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email for each shipment we send you. However, your shipping charges will not be affected by this. Products ordered via the Site can only be delivered to addresses located within the UK or ROI (as applicable).

• Online Ordering – Next day delivery (order by 3pm) UK, ROI* FREE
• Standard delivery 2-3 days (order by 5pm) UK, ROI and Channel Islands £4.50 - (Standard delivery is free on all orders over £250)

• Next day delivery by 5.30pm (order by 3pm) UK, ROI* - £5.00
• Next day delivery by 12 noon (order by 3pm) Mainland UK only (excl. Northern Ireland) - £8.00
• Next day delivery by 9.00am (order by 3pm) Mainland UK only - Postcode dependent - ask at time of order placement (excl. Northern Ireland) £12.00

All deliveries are made by UPS or DHL on Monday to Friday between 7.00am and 5.30pm.

* Location dependent - please check at the time of placing your order whether this delivery option is available.

Delivery is complete once the Products have been collected by you or the carrier collects them from us and the Products will be at your risk from that time. We may deliver the Products in instalments.

Indirect (Consumables) Product Order Service Levels – delivery and charges

Your dental consumables online orders will be passed to your nominated dental dealer for invoicing and delivery. Any applicable delivery charges and special delivery conditions will be applied by your nominated dental dealer.
