With more than 15,000 employees across 40 countries and over 50 languages spoken, our global diversity is a fundamental part of who we are.

Our employee engagement survey results have proven it: employees who feel seen, heard, and valued are better equipped to grow personally and professionally. So, we strive to create an inclusive working environment where everyone is encouraged to utilize their unique voice and motivated to do their best work.

Gaining external recognition

Our commitment to inclusion and engagement has earned recognition from several leading organizations. Dentsply Sirona has been named one of America's Most Responsible Companies 2025 by Newsweek and Statista, and among America's Greatest Workplaces for Diversity 2025 by Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group. We've received the Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Award for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and been honored as an Employee Voice Award DE&I Pioneer by Quantum Workplace for leadership in DEI strategy. Dentsply Sirona Italy also renewed its UNI/PdR 125:2022 gender equality certification from Bureau Veritas in 2025, achieving 100% compliance.

Our annual celebration of global diversity

Every year throughout May (since 2021), we celebrate Inclusion Month to create awareness for our company's global diversity and cultural richness.

Each celebration has a focus topic, such as “inspiring inclusion across cultures” (2024), “diversity is our superpower” (2023), and “allyship” (2021 and 2022). We aim to bring teams together through engagement activities and local activations.

Global Employee Inclusion & Engagement Council

This group of Global ERG & Inclusion Ambassadors, representing diverse demographics, functions, and geographies, meets regularly to align on enterprise-wide strategies that strengthen inclusion and engagement. Together, they help ensure every employee is supported and empowered to perform at their highest potential.

  • Empower every employee to play an active role in driving excellence for our customers.
  • Encourage every employee to use their voice to share opportunities to improve our organization.
  • Provide every employee with access to development resources that support their growth.

Enabling employees to learn and grow

Every employee has the opportunity to learn, grow, and shape their own development journey. Our learning ecosystem includes a robust library of on-demand courses, bite-sized microlearning, and real-world stretch opportunities that build future-ready skills.

We also cultivate cultural awareness through optional learning experiences and interactive live events that bring our values to life.

Collaborating creates an inclusive dental industry
