High translucent multilayer zirconium oxide

The hybrid zirconium oxide multilayer combines high strength and natural aesthetics. From single crowns up to 14-unit bridges. Without nesting restrictions even for wide span bridges. Masking of a discoloured tooth preparation (especially in the anterior region) depends on the degree of discolouration and material thickness of the restoration.

High translucent zirconium oxide

Cercon ht with True Colour Technology sets new standards for zirconia when it comes to reproducing the classic 16 VITA¹ and bleach shades (BL and BL2). Cercon ht provides the highest level of colour accuracy based on our decades of know-how in ceramic shadematching, our specially selected pigments and our own mixing and shade formulations – and that for almost all popular “open” milling units.

Extra translucent multilayer zirconium oxide

Cercon xt ML the multilayer for monolithic restorations at the highest level. Especially in the anterior region for up to 3-unit bridges up to the 2nd premolar. Available in all 16 VITA¹ shades and BL2.

Extra translucent zirconium oxide

Cercon xt demonstrates extra high translucency in all 16 VITA¹ and bleach shades (white and BL2) with True Colour Technology.

Opaque zirconium oxide

Cercon base, the zirconia classic is also available in 98 mm Discs. Cercon base is particularly suitable for covering discoloured dies or titanium abutments. Cercon base is available in 3 shades: white, medium and coloured.

Zirconium oxide sinter ceramic for frameworks

inCoris ZI in a partially sintered state is used to produce crown copings and bridge frameworks with up to two pontics in the anterior and posterior regions. After sintering they will acquire the desired properties: precise dimensions, density, strength, and shade.

Primarily for provisional use in complex restorations or when a long healing period is required before the permanent restoration is placed.

For the production of surgical guides

The basis is the integrated implant planning system by Dentsply Sirona that works by superimposing optical impression data and a suggested prosthetic design on 3D X-ray data. The implant planning file is used for the construction of the drilling template in the inLab CAD software for defining drilling direction and depth. Subsequently, the restoration is produced in-house using the inLab production unit.
