How to return an order

Please follow our Returns Policy below.

We appreciate that you may, in some instances, need to return products.

To ensure that we track any returned goods and appropriately credit your account, please contact Customer Support:

  • on AUS: 1300 55 29 29 
  • or NZ: 0800 33 68 77

to obtain a Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) Number, before returning goods to Dentsply Sirona.

Goods returned to Dentsply Sirona without an RMA number being assigned cannot be accepted.

Product returns

Returns of non-defective products for credit will be accepted only if requested and returned within 30 days of invoice date.

Returns of non-defective products will only apply to the following item categories:

  • Consumable goods (excluding anaesthetics which will be reviewed on a case by case basis)
  • Implants

All items must be in their original packaging, undamaged, unmarked and unopened.

Returns of defective products will be managed in accordance with Dentsply Sirona’s product complaints and/or warranty processes.

Product exchange (Implants only)

Non-defective implants can be exchanged (same or greater value) within twelve (12) months of invoice date but must have a minimum six (6) months shelf life.

All items must be in their original packaging, undamaged, unmarked and unopened.

Exchange of defective implants will be managed in accordance with Dentsply Sirona’s implant complaints processes.
