Primescan Digital Impressions for Implants

Implantology with Primescan

Scan. Check. Send. Love.

Implants Workflow

The benefits of adding Primescan digital impressions to your practice go on and on. That’s why it’s the perfect entry point for digital dentistry—and the ideal choice to confidently meet more of your patients’ needs.

With this clinic-to-laboratory implant workflow using Primescan, you can create accurate implant results and have the flexibility to expand with other digital impression workflows. It’s an opportunity that both you and your patients will love.

Scan

Primescan allows for scanning of any type of scanbody. During the acquisition phase, all necessary data is collected with a fast and simple scan of the lower jaw, upper jaw, buccal bite and scanbody.

Check

Digital impression models have the advantage that you can assess quality right there on the screen. The Connect Software controls intraoral acquisition and subsequently calculates the virtual 3D model with exceptional efficiency.

Send

Small file size allows for 3D models to be uploaded quickly to the Connect Case Centre. The case can be sent directly to Atlantis or your desired dental laboratory for manufacturing.

A Healthy Practice with Primescan

Efficiency

Save valuable time on your implant cases with the Connect Software. Using Primescan to acquire the digital impression and send to Atlantis takes only minutes – bringing simplicity and an accelerated workflow to the dental practice. Which in turn means more cases, more profitability, and happier patients.

Experience

Primescan digital impressions also enhance the patient experience—both in terms of comfort and infection control:

Comfortable digital impressions without risk of contaminated impression trays.
Versatile infection prevention options for both the Intraoral Scanner and Acquisition Centre.

Expansion

In addition to supporting an easy-to-implement and seamless digital workflow for custom implant cases, Primescan can also help you expand into areas like clear aligners and single-unit crown restorations. Dentsply Sirona provides both the products and the expertise to help you succeed:

Resources and support from an industry leader.
Clinical education on practice-critical topics, including webinars, live and on-demand courses, and videos.
