Opening a Dentsply Sirona Account

If your practice has an existing customer account with Dentsply Sirona, and you are not sure if there is an active e-store account (MyDS), please contact clientservices@dentsplysirona.com with the following information:

• Your Dentsply Sirona customer account number
• Email Address(es) that are likely used by the practice

If you would like to add yourself as a new or additional user to your practice, please follow the steps at Register MyDS as an existing customer. 

If you would like to change your current Online Login User ID email address, please contact clientservices@dentsplysirona.com with the following information:

• Your Dentsply Sirona customer account number
• Profile name of the account
  
• Current email and new email information

If you know your Online Login User ID but have forgotten or are not sure of your password, please go to Forgot Password on the sign-in/register page to create new password.

Please call 1300-552-929 and select option “Accounts” for assistance. Alternatively, please send us an email - MountWaverleyAUS-Accounts-ARAdmin@dentsplysirona.com – with the changes you require.

Having issues seeing prices when shopping online?

If you are logged in but cannot see item pricing, your online account setup is incomplete. You will have to link your online account to your Dentsply Sirona account to be verified and able to view pricing.

To fix this, please follow the below instructions:

Remember: Your online account must be linked to a Dentsply Sirona account to be activated and have full functionality of MyDS.

No email verification code received yet?

In some instances, it can take a couple of minutes for the verification code email to arrive in your inbox. Please wait 3-5 minutes, as it may not arrive instantly.

You can also click the 'resend email' button to send it again. Also, please be sure to check your junk/spam folders.

Pending verification means your account details are being verified by our team. Unfortunately, this is a manual process, and can take up to 5 business days to complete. Upon successful registration, you will receive a welcome email.

If this process is taking longer than expected, please reach out to customer service.

Please check the following:

1. Ensure the website you are trying to visit is the correct region. For Australia, this is dentsplysirona.com/en-au
2. Check your username and password details. If you've forgotten your password, reset it on the Sign In/Register webpage.

If a practice administrator has invited you to join their practice on dentsplysirona.com/en-au, you have 7 days to access the invite sent to your email address. After 7 days, you’ll need to request a new link from your practice administrator.
