Register for Online Shopping (MyDS)

Select Sign In/Register at the top-right corner of the dentsplysirona.com/en-au homepage.

Select Register, then select Sign Up Now.

Enter your personal details, then select Create Online Login.

(For easier account sharing between members of your practice, we recommend using a general or practice-associated email address wherever possible, rather than a personal email account.)

Verify your email via the verification code sent to the email address you've provided.

(Please check your junk/spam folders if you do not initially receive the email.)

Select I have an existing Dentsply Sirona account number, then Continue to Account Details.

If you’re an existing Dentsply Sirona customer, you can find your account number on a Dentsply Sirona invoice. Enter your account number and business phone number, and select Find My Account.

Note: For a match to be successful, it is important that your business phone number exactly matches what we have on record.

If you receive an error after entering your account number, it is likely your details did not match what's on our systems. 

Select your practice billing address, then select Use Selected Address.

Note: If you receive a message saying you are requesting to join a practice, please go to step 6a below.

After selecting your practice and inputting your details, you may receive a message like the one shown on the left.

This means an online account already exists under your Dentsply Sirona customer number. This is typically a colleague who has already registered first. 

You should inform the practice administrator to accept your request to join the practice in their online account settings. 

If you do not have a practice administrator and still receive this message, please contact customer support who will be able to assist.

Select whether you'd like to opt into the DS Points Plus program. You will automatically earn points for online purchases, which can be redeemed for savings on future orders.

Based on your spending tier, you may also be eligible to receive bonus points, further compounding savings.
