Register as a New Customer

Select Sign In/Register at the top-right corner of the dentsplysirona.com/en-au homepage.

Select Register, then select Sign Up Now.

Enter your personal details, then select Create Online Login.

(For easier account sharing between members of your practice, we recommend using a general or practice-associated email address wherever possible, rather than a personal email account.)

Verify your email via the verification code sent to the email address you've provided.

(Please check your junk/spam folders if you do not initially receive the email.)

Select I'm a brand-new customer, then Continue to Account Details.

Enter your practice details, then select Save & Continue.

You will require details such as your ABN and AHPRA to continue with account setup. If you do not have these, please contact customer service on 1300 552 929 (weekdays, 9am-5pm AEST).

If the account is correct, select Use Selected Practice.

Select whether you'd like to opt into the DS Points Plus program. You will automatically earn points for online purchases, which can be redeemed for savings on future orders.

Based on your spending tier, you may also be eligible to receive bonus points, further compounding savings.

You're almost done!

After you've confirmed your details, your account will be pending verification. This means your account request has been sent to one of our team, who will proceed with setting up your account in our system.

This process can take up to 5 business days.

Once your account is validated, you will receive a welcome email containing your Dentsply Sirona account number and other important details. Your online account will also be activated, allowing you to view pricing and place orders conveniently online.
