Clinical Case Contest
Show us how digital implant dentistry helps you to transform the smiles of your patients.
Participate in the Clinical Case Contest by creating and submitting an implant case including the clinical procedure and photographs.
- Clinical Case Contest is open to all dental practitioners from UK, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
- A clinician can enter into 1 of 3 categories:
- i) Digital Implant Workflow Single Tooth - Rising Star
- ii) Digital Implant Workflow Single Tooth - Expert
- iii) Digital Implant Workflow Multiple Teeth - All
- Each winning clinician will be required to present at the PEERS Summit on 20th September 2024
- Winning clinicians will receive a ticket to Dentsply Sirona World 2024*
*Accommodation for 3 nights covered by Dentsply Sirona. There is no cash alternative. Prize is not transferrable. Travel cost (to & from is not included). In case of Dentsply Sirona World 2024 being postponed or cancelled an alternative prize will be announced at the PEERS Summit 2024
We are pleased to announce that you can also submit a joint entry with your Lab. We understand the importance of collaboration and your Lab and Dental Technician play a pivotal role in the final restoration. If you and your Lab use Atlantis Patient Specific solutions for the final restoration you will both be eligible to enter under one entrant.
For all winning cases, your Lab Technician will be awarded with a certificate and a voucher worth RRP £1000.00**

Are you a Rising Star or an Expert?
Rising Stars - those who are new to implant dentistry with less than 3 years experience in placing dental implants. Clinicians must submit proof of having completed an implant course or evidence of current enrolment in an implantology course.
Expert - clinicians with more than 3 years experience in placing dental implants.
Rules, Timeline and PEERS Board Members
Rules
- All registered dental practitioners are eligible to take part in the case contest.
- Participant case poster must be submitted no later than June 1st, 2024 electronically to the dedicated competition inbox.
- 1 clinical case per 1 clinician.
- Up to 2 clinical cases per one dental practice.
- Dentsply Sirona receives the copyright of the case study, as soon as the case is sent in for participation.
- Each clinician only benefits once from this contest (repeated participation excluded).
- Due to data protection reasons, participating clinician is obliged to obtain the “Patient Consent Form” (a separate document). This form remains with the clinician.
- If using Atlantis Patient Specific Solutions for the final restoration you must include the case ID with your submission.
- All cases fulfilling the criteria will be submitted for PEERS voting. PEERS board members will select the final winners who will be awarded a free ticket to the Dentsply Sirona World 2024.
- The winners will be announced during the PEERS Summit on 20th September, 2024.
Case Rules
- All cases must feature the Dentsply Sirona implant product range (the minimum requirement is the use of one Dentsply Sirona Implant).
- Cases must be submitted through a standardised PowerPoint template which can be requested from your local Dentsply Sirona representative.
- Up to 10 pictures per case to present the correct use of Dentsply Sirona products used.
- A legend describing each photograph and documenting all materials used must be included.
- Only one picture for one description/step is permitted.
- The use of digital image editing software to change the content is not allowed
- For the winning cases, the original pictures will be required in high resolution, 300 dpi.
- All entries must be submitted electronically and submitted to CCCImplants@dentsplysirona.com

Phase 2
1st June 2024 - 1st July 2024. All eligible entries will be submitted for PEERS board members voting to select the top 5
Phase 3
1st July - 1st Aug 2024. PEERS board members select 3 winners out of the top 5
Phase 4
20th September 2024. PEERS Summit 2024. Announcement of the winners
