Intelligent Cartridge Management

Primeprint features a clean, cartridge‑based resin system that reduces manual handling. RFID‑tagged cartridges are automatically recognized by the software, which identifies the material, tracks fill levels, and signals when replacement is needed.

Color‑coded materials are mirrored in the inLab CAM Software for intuitive selection, precisely delivering the required resin amount, with no mixing, refilling, or vat cleaning.

Why Primeprint is Safe and Clean

Safety and user protection are central to Primeprint’s design. Direct contact with resin and chemicals is avoided throughout the workflow, while the automated Post Processing Unit handles washing, drying, and light curing.

Integrated multi‑stage filters reduce odors and fumes, eliminating the need for external suction or fume hoods. As a result, no external suction unit or fume hood is required.

Key Safety Components for the User

The system incorporates dedicated features to maintain a contamination‑free workspace:

Primeprint Box

This excellent transport container holds the building platform. It is UV-secure, allowing you to transport printed objects from the printer to the Post Processing Unit without gloves or risk of exposure to uncured resin.

Material Unit

This unit contains the vat and an automated conditioner, paired directly with the material cartridge to keep the resin in a closed environment.

Robot Arm

Internal automation uses a robot arm to move the building platform through the process, further reducing the need for manual intervention.

Filters

Activated carbon and ozone filters protect users from fumes and odors. No external suction unit needed.

Washing Containers

Consecutive pre- and final washing cycles use cleaning agent in the two integrated washing containers to remove liquid print resin residues from the printed objects.

Why Nitrogen Matters

The Primeprint Nitrogenerator creates an optimized nitrogen atmosphere during post‑curing in the Post Processing Unit, helping to achieve consistent, high‑quality results with confidence. By preventing oxygen inhibition, it avoids sticky surfaces and enables smooth, fully cured appliances.

The nitrogen process supports complete polymerization, which is essential for safe, biocompatible1 dental applications used in the patient’s mouth. The result is improved surface quality, reliable material performance, and consistent outcomes under clinical conditions.
