Whether using analog (impression material) or digital (scanning) techniques, accurately capturing the details of the preparation, the surrounding teeth, and the tissue is essential for success.  

In this course, we will review the key elements of impression making using impression materials and digital scanning, with an emphasis on the array of workflows available to the dentist. In addition, based on the chosen workflow, the elements of clear and effective laboratory communication will be highlighted.
