Course Description

The general practitioner seeking to provide endodontic care will most likely focus initially on anterior cases. An understanding of dental root anatomy and the proper access preparation shape will help assure successful completion of the endodontic procedure in the anterior.  

This course will emphasize a systematic workflow using examples of several endodontic filing and obturation systems.  

Learning Objectives:

• Select the proper techniques for shaping canals in the anterior. 

• Summarize the disinfection and obturation protocols for anterior teeth. 

• Identify the restorative options for endodontically-treated anterior teeth.
