A.   Not all customers are eligible to participate.  At this time, the DS Points Plus program is not available to to those who have trade agreements in place e.g. Government, University/Dental School, NHS and Community Groups, Corporate customers and buying groups, Retail Customers and Students/Residents. In addition, Customers do have the option at the point of Registration to opt-out of the loyalty programme if they choose. They can still shop as normal but they will not earn loyalty.

A.   Customer’s earn points on most online purchases made through dentsplysirona.com. Orders placed online by our Customer Service team (as impersonation orders) do not earn points.

Orders placed through Customer Service via phone, in person or another non-DS site channel do not earn points.

 

A.    Points are not earned on clinical education (CE) or training courses promoted through dentsplysirona.com and purchased online on 3rd party websites.

Products sold online, but not specifically at dentsplysirona.com, are not included in the DS Points Plus program e.g. SureSmile® treatment planning software, Atlantis abutment products, Azento implant products, and Simplant dental planning software.

A.    Earned points will post online to member accounts 24 hours after an eligible purchase.

A.    There are three levels of rewards in the DS Points Plus program based on a member’s total annual spend with Dentsply Sirona in the previous calendar year. 

COBALT:      Annual spend <£5,000 = 2 points per £ spent

GOLD:          Annual spend £5,000-£9,999 = 3 points per £ spent

TITANIUM:  Annual spend >£10,000 = 5 points per £ spent

For example, if a member qualifies for the Cobalt level, and they spend £1,000 on products at dentsplysirona.com, they earn 2,000 points. Each point is worth £0.01, so 2,000 points rewards a Cobalt member with £20.00 in savings on a future online order (2,000 points x £0.01 = £20.00).

A.    Yes. Accounts will be reviewed quarterly and once a customer has a minimum 12 month online self-service order history to work from, the system will conduct a review and move a customer up. If a customer doesn’t maintain their spend from one quarter to the next, they will not be penalised and moved down. 

You can redeem your points online for eligible products. To redeem your points, follow these directions:

1. During Checkout, select Edit in the Payment Method panel. If you have enough DS Points for your entire purchase, you’ll see a checkbox with the option to use your points. Select the checkbox to redeem your DS Points.

If you don't have enough DS Points for your entire purchase, the option to redeem them will be unavailable

Note: DS Points expire 2 years from the last order date.

A.    DS Points Plus members can view their accumulated points available to redeem online at dentsplysirona.com. Members log in and will be able to see their points total when they click on the Hello <Account Name> dropdown in the top right corner of each website page they visit.​ They can also view their program summary of earned and redeemed points in the My Account section. At check out, members will be prompted on whether they want to redeem some, or all, of their points for savings on that purchase.

A.    DS Points Plus points can be redeemed online at dentsplysirona.com for eligible products sold on the site. Notable exclusions are licensed Pharmaceutical products, which currently includes Xylocaine, Citanest, Anestadent and Oraqix and those products from our Orthodontic and Dental Lab featured on site as information only and which are also ineligible for purchase.

A.    No. Members can only use the points on future purchases at dentsplysirona.com. Points can be redeemed on subsequent online purchases 24hrs after they are earned.
