High street dental practices and dental labs with an online account can become a member. However, the ONE DS loyalty program is not available to those who have trade agreements in place e.g. Government, University/Dental School, NHS and Community Groups, Corporate customers and buying groups (DSOs), Retail Customers and Students/Residents.
There are 3 tier levels and all new customers will start at the Cobalt 1st tier on joining the program. Customers can progress to the next tier by achieving the specified spend values on dentsplysirona.com in a 12 month calendar period. Once a member has moved up to a new tier level, they will not move back down, regardless of spend in future annual earning periods.
Customer’s earn ONE DS points on most online purchases^ made through dentsplysirona.com. Orders placed online by our Customer Service team (as impersonation orders) do not earn points.
You will earn ONE DS Points based on the tier you are in. For example, if you are a Cobalt member you will earn 2 Points for every £/€ spent. Please allow up to 24 Hours for points to be awarded and to appear in your account.
^ Products sold online, but not at dentsplysirona.com are not included. Specific examples include but are not limited to SureSmile, Orametrix, Atlantis, Azento, and Simplant. Additionally, points are not earned for CE courses sold online through dentsplysirona.com.
ONE DS Points can be redeemed online at dentsplysirona.com for eligible products available to purchase on the site. Notable exclusions are licensed Pharmaceutical products, which currently includes Xylocaine, Citanest, Anestadent and Oraqix. You must have enough points to cover the total cost of the purchase.
ONE DS Points expire 2 years from the date of order and when those points were earned.
At the point of migration from the DS Points+ to the ONE DS Loyalty Program (9/5/25), any existing loyalty points balances will be carried over and the expiry date will be re-set to 2 years.
You can view your current ONE DS Points balance in your My Account area, and also see when any points are due to expire.
You are all set to begin earning ONE DS Points once you have created your dentsplysirona.com online account and opted into loyalty. You will automatically start at the Cobalt Tier level and points will be awarded on your online purchases. You online spend is then tracked on an annual calendar basis and you have between January 1st and 31st December in any calendar year to reach the spend levels required to move up to the next tier. Your annual online spend total then resets to zero at the start of the next calendar year.
