Forgot password
Losing access to your account is frustrating, but Dentsply Sirona makes resetting your password quick and simple. Follow the steps below to regain access to your account or update your password while logged in.
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it in just a few steps:
Go to the Login page: Click Sign in/Register in the top-right corner of the DentsplySirona.com homepage.
Select “Forgot Password“: Choose the “Forgot Password?” option.
Enter your email: Provide the email address associated with your account and click Send Email Verification.
Verify your code: Check your inbox for the verification code, enter it on the site, and select Verify Code.
Set a new password: Enter your new password, confirm it, and click Continue.
Log in: Use your new password to access your account.
If you’re already logged in and want to change your password:
Access your account dashboard: Hover over your name in the top-right corner of the homepage and select My Account.
Update your profile: Navigate to My Profile in your account dashboard.
Update password: Select the Update Password option, enter your current credentials and your new password, and click Continue to confirm the update.
If you’ve registered your account with an email you can no longer access, you’ll need to call Customer Service at tel:+44 (0)1932-837-344.
Ensure you’ve entered the correct email address and check your spam/junk folder. If you still don’t see the email, contact Customer Service.
For security, your password must meet complexity requirements such as a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
For security reasons, each user must reset their own password. However, account administrators can assist by inviting users to register again if needed.
