Before joining Dentsply Sirona as President & CEO in August 2025, Mr. Scavilla served as President and CEO of Globus Medical, Inc. (NYSE: GMED), where he led the acquisition of NuVasive, Inc. in an all-stock deal valued at $3 billion and oversaw the integration of the two organisations to create the world’s second largest spine technology company.
Mr. Scavilla previously held various executive leadership positions at Globus Medical, including serving as its Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer and President, Trauma, where he scaled the Company’s manufacturing and distribution capabilities and launched the Orthopaedics and Trauma business unit. Prior to joining Globus Medical, Mr. Scavilla spent 28 years in leadership roles across different businesses at Johnson & Johnson. Notably, in his role as Chief Financial Officer, Worldwide Vice President Finance of Advanced Sterilization Products, Mr. Scavilla helped the Company’s infection prevention business to capture the top market position in Sterilisation.
Mr. Scavilla received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Organisational Behaviour from LaSalle University and a Master of Business Administration in International Management from Temple University.
Lindi Barton‑Brobst serves as Senior Vice President & General Counsel of Dentsply Sirona, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, since June 2026.
Lindi joined Dentsply Sirona in 2014 and has since held a series of increasingly senior legal leadership roles across the organisation. Prior to joining Dentsply Sirona, Lindi served as Vice President, Legal & Compliance at Auntie Anne’s Pretzels, where she supported a global quick-service franchise business. She began her legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk with the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas.
Lindi holds a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Penn State Dickinson Law and is admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar.
Kevin Boyle joined Dentsply Sirona as Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in December 2023.
Kevin Boyle has over 20 years of leadership experience in research and development (R&D) at MedTech companies. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President Research and Development, Interventional Segment at Becton Dickinson and Company (BD). He was previously Vice President Research and Development, Peripheral Intervention, at BD and worked at Medtronic in various R&D roles.
Kevin holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from Texas A&M as well as a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems from the Michael Smurfit Business School, UCD, in Ireland.
Before joining Dentsply Sirona as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer in October 2025, Mr. Denti was most recently Company Group Chairman, Global Orthopaedics, at Johnson & Johnson Medtech, a main segment of Johnson & Johnson, one of the world’s largest healthcare companies.
Prior to that role, Mr. Denti served as Vice President Global Franchise of Johnson & Johnson Vision. Earlier in his career, Mr. Denti held various leadership roles in EMEA for the Johnson & Johnson orthopaedics business and other sales and marketing roles outside Johnson & Johnson. He began his professional path with Pfizer, progressing through sales and marketing leadership roles in Switzerland, the UK and the US. He later worked for Medtronic and Wright Medical in Europe and the US. Mr. Denti speaks six languages and holds a bachelor’s degree with honours from York University in Toronto, Canada, and completed Executive Education Programmes at Harvard Business School.
David Ferguson joined Dentsply Sirona as Senior Vice President, Global Business Units in March 2025.
David Ferguson is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience in the medical device and healthcare industries. He has a strong track record of driving revenue growth, strategic transformation, and operational excellence across multiple global businesses. Most recently, he was President of Gore Medical, a unit of W.L. Gore. Previously, as EVP at Philips and President & CEO of Philips Respironics, he managed a global team of 6,000 people. At Baxter Healthcare, he led the global infusion therapy, IV solutions and patient monitoring business. He also held leadership roles at GE Healthcare.
Mr. Ferguson is a Graduate of the Advanced Management Programme of University of Chicago Booth School of Business and holds a PhD in Chemistry from Texas A&M University and Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from David Lipscomb University. He has served on multiple boards, including AZBio, Philips PAC, and Baxter International Foundation, and is a co-inventor of two U.S. patents and author of ten peer-reviewed publications.
Andrea Frohning joined Dentsply Sirona as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer in July 2023.
She has over 25 years of experience in diverse business environments and industries including consumer products, industrial manufacturing, healthcare, distribution, and financial services.
Before joining Dentsply Sirona, Ms. Frohning served as Chief Human Resources Officer of Premier Incorporated. Prior to Premier she was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Patterson Dental between 2018 and February 2023 and at Snyder’s-Lance between 2016 and 2018. Ms. Frohning also served as Vice President Human Resources at Crane Co. from 2013 to 2016. Previously, she held various leadership positions at Hubbell, General Electric and Pepsi Bottling Group.
Ms. Frohning holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations as well as a Bachelor of Science in Development and Family Studies from the University of Illinois.
Tony Johnson is the Chief Supply Chain Officer of Dentsply Sirona.
Before joining Dentsply Sirona in November 2022, Mr. Johnson served as the President of Global Products and Supply Chain at Cardinal Health where he led upstream product marketing, research and development, and the medical segment global supply chain.
Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President of Operations at Becton Dickinson (BD) / CR Bard where he was responsible for their Interventional Segment and spent 25 years with Baxter International where he held positions leading operations both in the United States and internationally. He is a seasoned operations executive with 30 years of global experience across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and procurement in the medical device business with a strong history of delivering results. His successful career path includes roles as an executive leadership / corporate officer and in quality system leadership, lean operating system implementation, new product development, global and regional leadership and multi-site management.
Tony received his bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Arkansas.
Emily P. Miner joined Dentsply Sirona as its Senior Vice President, Chief Quality Officer in May 2023.
Before joining Dentsply Sirona, Ms. Miner served as Senior Vice President, Global Quality and Regulatory, at Terumo Cardiovascular (“TCV”) since 2018. In addition to her core Quality & Regulatory responsibilities there, she was also accountable for Quality and Regulatory business development activities, acquisition due diligence, and facility optimisation/tech transfer activities. Prior to TCV, she was with PwC PRTM Management Consultants, Hospira, and Boston Scientific.
Ms. Miner is a proven strategic leader with more than 15 years of experience in Quality and Regulatory leadership in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. Her experience in all elements of Quality and Regulatory management includes a Consent Decree remediation, several general quality system remediations, extensive global regulatory inspection preparation and management, stage gate development projects, strategic programme management, and global quality operations.
Ms. Miner holds a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Engineering Management from Duke University.
