If your Cavitron system needs repair, Dentsply Sirona offers a factory certified repair of Cavitron equipment, with an accredited engineer performing all works.

To send your Cavitron unit for repair please either:

  • Call or email to arrange collection of your unit (details above)
  • Send the unit by your own means, recorded post, with the Repair Request Form completed

For warranty claims you must submit your proof of purchase and you are entitled to a portable loan unit upon availability and request if your unit undergoes a repair.
**Due to the main electronics unit being built into the chair we strongly advise that dismantling or checking must be carried out by a Qualified Engineer.**
