Successful root canal treatment starts with adequate access to the pulp chamber. The ideal procedure provides access to root canal oriïŽces with minimal loss of dentin.
Retaining dentin serves as the critical base for a quality restoration following root canal treatment. The more dentin preserved during an endodontic treatment, the more options there will be to perform a successful, durable restoration.3
Thus, a Conservative Endodontic Cavity (CEC) is the recommended with the TruNatomyâĒ system.
The TruNatomyâĒ OriïŽce ModiïŽer adapts the shape of the oriïŽce to create the ideal entry
point for the TruNatomyâĒ Glider and TruNatomyâĒ Shaping ïŽles. This ïŽle is able to preserve
the coronal anatomy due to its ïŽexibility, diameter and heat-treated NiTi alloy. It is also ideal for cases in which the canal is not vertically oriented as it can enter the tooth from different angles. The TruNatomyâĒ OriïŽce ModiïŽer is recommended in the basic TruNatomyâĒ sequence.
The efïŽcacy of root canal preparation is signiïŽcantly enhanced when an effective, reproduceable glide path is created.
The TruNatomyâĒ Glider optimizes the glide path and allows for a smooth transition between the K-File and the TruNatomyâĒ Shaping Files. The TruNatomyâĒ Glider operates at a higher speed for greater cutting efïŽciency with less torque. With just 2 cutting edges, it encounters less resistance and thus requires less applied pressure, ensuring precision with increased ease of use. Thermal treatment provides greater ïŽexibility with improved fatigue resistance.
TruNatomyâĒ Shaping Files are available in three different sizes and lengths to treat a wide range of cases. While the TruNatomyâĒ Prime shaping ïŽle is appropriate for most cases, two additional shaping ïŽles, the TruNatomyâĒ Small and the TruNatomyâĒ Medium, are available to address both smaller and larger canals.1 The clinician will experience a fluid transition between the TruNatomyâĒ Shaping Files.
All three shaping ïŽles offer a slim shape combined with a unique cross-section for better performance while providing more space for thorough debris debridement.

The instrument is made of special NiTi heat-treated wire that provides an exceptional ïŽexibility, which allows the ïŽle to be pre-bent when needed. Thanks to its superior canal-centering ability, the instrument is designed to adapt to the canal â not the other way around.
The union of the file geometry, regressive tapers and the slim, highly-flexible wire enables efficient root canal treatment while removing only dentin where clinically needed.1

AH PlusÂŪ is an epoxy-based sealer, making it biocompatible and a viable solution to postoperative problems such as sensitivity and periapical inflammation. Research has shown that epoxy-based sealers do not cause irritating effects towards periapical tissues and once set, can be considered as biologically inert.
AH Plus also exhibits moderate antimicrobial properties, giving it the potential to significantly reduce the germ load in the canal. It has a low solubility, making it highly resistant to leakage and breaking down over time.
In addition, its minimal shrinkage reduces gapping between the sealer and the canal wall. And it has extraordinarily high adhesion to dentin â even without a bonding agent.
