In other words they represent conditions in the patient that were not anticipated or not the reason for ordering the scan. This course will focus on how to review a CBCT volume, to recognize the various types of incidental findings typical of CBCT scans and what to do about them.

Learning Objectives:

  • Describe the management and distribution of findings that need follow-up and those that do not.
  • Identify the difference between a variation of normal and a true pathology.
