How to return an order

1. Contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

There are three options to acquire a RMA:

Only pre-authorized returns with a RMA will be accepted. Dentsply Sirona will provide a shipment label (ground). For successful crediting, the returned items must match the exact lot numbers and products approved in your RMA.

2. Please make sure the items you want to return fulfill the following criteria

  • The return is initiated within 90 days of purchase (invoice date).
  • Items were purchased directly from Dentsply Sirona.
  • Items are unopened, undamaged, unmarked, with factory seals intact.

! Customized products, hazmat, discontinued items, and products purchased using DS Loyalty points are not eligible!

For full information visit our return policy.

When shipping the return

  • Only return the exact items authorized on your RMA.
  • Use the shipping label provided by Dentsply Sirona.
  • Pack items securely in an appropriate shipping carton.
  • Do not hand returns to local sales representatives.
