Creating a Dentsply Sirona account allows you to access product pricing, shop conveniently online, register for courses, and enjoy exclusive benefits such as the DS Points Plus program.
This guide will walk you through everything you need to manage your practice account efficiently — including how to open an account, manage your shipment addresses, and control user access within your practice. Whether you're new to Dentsply Sirona or an existing customer, these tools make it easy to keep your practice information accurate and up to date.
Setting up your Dentsply Sirona account gives you access to pricing, ordering, education, and support. Use the FAQs below to learn how to register as a new or existing customer, resolve verification issues, and get access to all account features.
If you’ve never purchased from Dentsply Sirona, follow these steps to register as a brand-new customer:
1. Select Sign In/Register on at the top-right corner of the DentsplySirona.com homepage
2. Select Register
3. Enter your personal details and then select Create Online Login
4. Verify your email via the verification code sent to the email address you’ve provided
5. Select I'm a brand-new customer, then Continue to Account Details
6. Enter your practice details, then select Save & Continue
7. Select your practice billing address, then select Use Selected Address
8. Select whether you’d like to opt into the DS Points Plus program
Your account is now pending validation. This process can take up to 5 business days. Once your account is validated, you may shop Dentsply Sirona’s online catalog
If you’ve previously purchased from Dentsply Sirona through a sales representative but don’t have an online account:
1. Select Sign In/Register on at the top-right corner of the DentsplySirona.com homepage
2. Select Register
3. Enter your personal details and then select Create Online Login
4. Verify your email via the verification code sent to the email address you’ve provided
5. Select I have an existing Dentsply Sirona account number, then select Continue to Account Details
6. If you’re an existing Dentsply Sirona customer, you can find your account number on a Dentsply Sirona invoice. Enter your account number and zip code, and select Find My Account
If you receive an error after entering your account number, please call Customer Service.
7. If the account is correct, select Use Selected Practice
8. Select whether you’d like to opt into the DS Points Plus program

If you’re the administrator of a Dentsply Sirona account, you can invite your colleagues to join:
Your account must be validated by our Account Maintenance Team. This process typically takes 3-5 business days. During this time, you can browse the catalog and register for courses, but pricing and ordering capabilities will only become available after verification.
Your customer number is located on past invoices. If you’re unable to locate it, you can register as a new customer, and our team will match your account to your practice during the verification process.
If you receive an invitation to join an existing account, the link will remain active for 7 days. After this, you’ll need to request a new invite.
You must be logged in and have added your practice/lab details to see prices. If you do not have an account, click here to create an account. If you’re logged in and a price is unavailable, that product must be ordered through Customer Service. You can do this by clicking the Call button or contacting Customer Service.

If you’d like to add or remove a shipping address to your account, follow these directions:
1. Hover over your name in the top-right corner of DentsplySirona.com and select My Account.
2. Select My Profile in your account dashboard.
3. Select Practice Management in the menu on the left, then select Manage Practice Accounts in the dropdown menu.
4. Select the View Details button next to the practice account you’d like to adjust.
5. Scroll down the page until you reach the Shipping Locations section. Select the pencil icon to edit, X icon to remove, or Add Location to manage your practice shipping addresses.
Your DS account can support multiple team members. In this section, you'll learn how to add or remove users, manage permissions, and assign or update admin roles for your practice.
If you are the administrator of an account, you can add several users to enable your colleagues or employees to shop online through the same account with individual login credentials. Go to User Access Management and click on "Invite Member". Enter the email address of the person that you would like to invite to your practice. They will receive an invitation email to join the account. Once accepted, users will have their default role set to Member, which can be updated by an Admin through the User Access Management page at any time. You can invite multiple members by separating each email address with a comma.
To change the admin for your account, follow the directions below:
1. Hover over your name in the top-right corner of DentsplySirona.com and select My Account.
2. Select User Access Management under Your Practices.
3. Here you can remove, add, or invite users to your account. You can also update a users’ role to either member or admin by hovering over the user’s name and selecting the pencil icon then update role.
Accurate shipping information ensures your orders arrive where you need them. The FAQs below explain how to add, edit, or remove shipping addresses in your account or directly during checkout.
You can add an address to your account while checking out a purchase. To do this, follow these directions:
1. Under Shipping Address, select Add Shipping Address and enter the required information.
2. Select Save and Continue to save the address to your account.
When checking out, your default shipping address will be selected. If you'd like to change or edit an address saved to your account while checking out, follow these directions:
1. Under Shipping Address, select the address you’d like to edit or change, then select the pencil icon to the right of the address.
2. Enter the required information, then select Save and Continue to save the address changes to your account.
