Order online

Log in to your account to browse, select, and place orders 24/7. Access real-time availability, product details, and order history.

Order through your sales team

Reach out to your local representative for personalized assistance with product selection, pricing, or larger orders.

To complete your order smoothly, it’s helpful to keep your payment methods up to date.

How to change your payment methods

You can update your saved payment information at any time to ensure a smooth checkout experience. Use the FAQs below to learn how to add, edit, or change your payment methods when placing an order.

You can assign both a personal credit card and practice credit card to your account. A personal payment method is a credit card that is connected to your login credentials, while a practice credit card is provided by the practice administrator and can be used by anyone in the practice. Purchases made using a practice credit card also receive an invoice.

Your personal payment method can be used to make purchases for any practice your login credentials are tied to. To add a new credit card to your payment options, follow these directions:

1. Hover over your name in the top-right corner of DentsplySirona.com and select My Account.

2. Under My Account in your account dashboard, select Personal Payment Methods.

3. Select Add a Payment Method, enter your billing information and credit card details, then select Finish.

To select a different default credit card to use for purchases, follow these directions:

1. Hover over your name in the top-right corner of DentsplySirona.com and select My Account.

2. Under My Account in your account dashboard, select Personal Payment Methods.

3. Choose Default Payment Method next to your desired credit card.

To change your method of payment while you’re checking out, follow these directions:

1. Scroll down to the third box during checkout, Payment Method, then select your payment method and Save and Continue.

2. Select Place Order to place your order with the new payment method.
