1. The ONE DS rewards program is a loyalty program offered by Dentsply Sirona Inc. to certain customers of the Company. The ONE DS rewards program is not available to practices in the states of Massachusetts and Vermont, DSOs, Universities, Hospitals, Labs, End-Consumers & Non-Liscensed Individuals, Dealers, and Government Entities. When you create your online account and you are eligible to participate in ONE DS Loyalty, there is a step in the account creation flow to join the program. If you previously created your online account, but did not opt in to ONE DS Loyalty, you can opt in from the ONE DS Loyalty Profile screen. To get there, log in to the site, click on the Welcome menu in the upper right corner and then click on Start Earning DS Points.
All general practices and specialists are eligible to participate in the ONE DS Loyalty Program. Retailers, Dental Service Organizations (DSOs), large group practices, government, institutional, university, student or other school accounts are not eligible to participate in the ONE DS Loyalty Program. ONE DS members earn points on all eligible Dentsply Sirona products purchased. This includes offline purchases, online purchases at dentsplysirona.com and purchases through our authorized distributors.
Purchases of Clinical Education (CE) courses on dentsplysirona.com do not earn DS Points and you cannot redeem DS Points to purchase CE courses. See full exclusion list.
Most online purchases of eligible products from Dentsply Sirona or our authorized distributors on dentsplysirona.com will post to your accounts within 24 hours of placing your online order. Offline purchases through your sales representative or an authorized distributor can take 1-2 weeks to post to your accounts. Eligible equipment purchases (i.e., Primescan and Primescan Connect) can take four to six weeks to fully verify before we credit earned DS Points to your account.
There are three earning tiers in the One DS Loyalty Program based on a member’s total annual spend with Dentsply Sirona from the previous 12 months.
Yes, your earning tier will adjust upward automatically when your total spend passes one of the thresholds mentioned above. Earning tiers are only adjusted down after you have been in the program for one full calendar year. On the first day of the new year after your first full calendar year of membership, we will conduct an audit, and your earning tier may be adjusted downward based on your prior year’s total spend.
When you log in to dentsplysirona.com, your DS Points total displays when you click on the Welcome Menu in the top right corner of the website.
You can also view your available points on the main My Account Screen
Clicking on your DS Points total in the Welcome Menu or the My DS Points Profile link on the My Account screen will take you to your ONE DS Loyalty Profile screen where you can view more details including your earned, redeemed, and expired points as well as a list of all your earned and redeemed transactions.
You can redeem DS Points for any eligible products on dentsplysirona.com. You must have sufficient DS Points in your available balance to cover your complete order total including tax and shipping.
In Checkout, if your available DS Points balance covers your entire order total you will see a message stating that you can use points to pay for your order. Click on REDEEM NOW.
A pop-up modal will display with the numbers of points needed to complete your order.
Click CONFIRM. The Checkout screen will refresh, and your Order Total will change to $0.00. You can now place your DS Points redemption order.
DS Points expire on the last day of the month one year after they are earned. For example: if you placed orders on the 15th and 25th of December 2024, then all of those earned points will expire on December 31st, 2025. The loyalty platform automatically uses your oldest points first with each redemption order you place. You will see monthly reminders on your My Account screen and your ONE DS Profile screen when you have points expiring soon.
No. Members can only use points on future purchases at dentsplysirona.com.
You will continue to accrue DS Points based on your earning tier and the products you purchase. If you do not have enough DS Points to cover your order total, you can purchase products through your normal buying process and payment methods.
Yes – you will earn DS Points for any Dentsply Sirona product regardless of how you buy. For example, you can purchase through any of our authorized distributors and you will earn DS Points. However, DS Points can only be redeemed online at dentsplysirona.com.
If you are a Gold or Titanium loyalty member with 100,000 or more DS Points in your available balance, you can redeem points for a cash rebate on the purchase of qualifying equipment. Rebates are available for Online Orders only. Select a minimum of 100,000 points up to a maximum of 300,000 points (in 50K increments) for your rebate before adding the equipment to your cart. You will see both the rebate and the equipment in your cart when you check out. The value of your points will be doubled for your rebate. 100,000 points = $2000 and 300,000 points = $6000. You will receive your rebate check in six to eight weeks from the date you place your order after we validate completion of your equipment purchase.
If you are an active SureSmile customer who is enrolled in ONE DS Loyalty and your available points balance is greater than the cost of one or more SureSmile Voucher bundles, you can redeem DS Points for vouchers. Each voucher bundle consists of one aligner voucher (NCAD100V) and one complete voucher (NCMP100V). If you meet all requirements, you will be able to click ADD BUNDLE TO CART, as shown below.
When placing an online order for SureSmile vouchers, you can only use DS Points as your payment method. The price of the voucher is shown in points, not currency. If you add other items to your cart, you must have an available points balance to cover the cost of the additional items and any tax or shipping charges that may apply. If you have other items in cart and are unable to checkout, you will need to remove the other items to complete your points redemption order for your SureSmile voucher.
SureSmile vouchers purchased with points expire 6 months from date of purchase.
Yes – you can participate in distributor and other promotions; however DS Points are only awarded for purchased items. Free promotional items do not earn DS Points.

From the welcome menu, click on My Account and then Manage Practice Accounts. Click on the Add Practice button on the Manage Practice Account screen to add additional locations.
