Troy Fountain

Troy is the leader of a foundation dedicated to working with communities, young leaders, and non-profits. As the co-founder and former COO of The FOR Company, he now serves as a coach, speaker, and consultant, leveraging his extensive experience in ministry, education, and business. Over the years, he has successfully coached and consulted various ministries, individuals, and organizations, helping them grow and achieve their goals. Troy graduated from the University of Alabama in 1993 and earned a degree from Dallas Theological Seminary in 2008. He resides in Dothan, AL, with his wife Stacy. They have four children: Kate and her husband Bennett, Mary Dean, Bess, and Edward.
