Speaker Biography
Dr. Dan Butterman is a 1994 graduate of the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. He also is a graduate of the Misch International Implant Institute, a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and a member of PEERS Implant Faculty Group. Dr. Butterman is an advanced CEREC trainer and Resident Faculty at CDOCS.com. He lectures Nationally and Internationally on all aspects of digital dentistry, and is a hardware, software, and materials Beta tester. Dr. Butterman maintains a general practice in Centennial, Colorado with an emphasis on implant and digital dentistry.
