CEREC Cercon 4D™ Abutment Block is the world’s first highly esthetic CAD/CAM zirconia block for TiBase hybrid implant restorations, constructed to mimic a natural tooth.
Traditional multi-layer zirconia blocks are built from several two-dimensional layers. Our highly esthetic CAD/CAM zirconia, however, is constructed to mimic the unique balance of dentin and enamel contours in a three-dimensional way, inspired by the natural tooth.
With this approach, CEREC Cercon 4D™ Abutment Block masks the TiBase and combines high strength with esthetics.
The fourth dimension comes to light when the structure emerges from the efficient milling process. This makes the CEREC Cercon 4D™ abutment block a true “4D” experience.
Benefits
With CEREC Cercon 4D™ abutment block, it is possible to either design a hybrid abutment or a hybrid abutment crown.
Durable zirconia material delivers strength greater than 1,100 MPa. This enables a minimum wall thickness down to 0.5mm for increased flexibility when space is limited, especially in two-piece abutment structures.
Three-dimensional natural shading and translucency result in a very high level of esthetics for both posterior and anterior restorations. In addition, all available shades are optimized for polishing.
CEREC Cercon 4D™ Multidimensional Zirconia allows for efficient workflows and time saving when combined with CEREC Primemill® and CEREC SpeedFire® technologies.
